Competition Prep Package
$50/week
Designed for athletes seeking sport-specific nutrition support without the long-term commitment of our standard coaching packages. This short-term program focuses on event-day readiness and performance strategy rather than comprehensive nutrition education. Enrollment must begin at least 8 weeks before your event.

30-minute 1:1 phone or video intake call
Weight class advisement
Weekly check-ins
Daily messaging in the week leading up to event
Weight/water cut assistance, if needed

How It Works
STEP 1
Sign up for the service of your choice! You’ll be directed to create an account in Apotheo.
Apotheo is where you will have your 1:1 check-ins with your coach plus access to 24/7 messaging.
*If you would like to request a specific coach, this is the step where you would do so.
STEP 2
Your coach will analyze your check-ins by reviewing your food logs, biofeedback data, habits, and various markers of progress.
You can expect to receive in-depth feedback from your coach.
In most cases, your coach will provide you with customized macronutrient targets according to your specific goals and preferences.
STEP 3
Treat your online check-ins with your coach like doctors' appointments.
Commit to submitting your check-ins on time so your coach can evaluate progress, provide suggestions, make adjustments to your macro targets, and further support you in building confidence and achieving your goals.
STEP 4
The majority of our services require 6-month commitments so that you have time to learn from your coach (and fellow members) as you establish new systems and habits.
Take advantage of unlimited messaging with your coach, plus in-person nutrition workshops (if you live in Western Washington) and training oversight (if you train at Dungeon Strength RX in Auburn)!
