Registered Dietitian Meets Nutrition Coach
At The Morph Method, we blend the best of both worlds: habit-based coaching and, when needed, MNT support for clients in Washington State.
Mikayla is a Registered Dietitian (RD) licensed in Washington, which means she can provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) for diagnosed conditions like diabetes, high cholesterol, or GI disorders. She is trained to interpret lab work and create safe, evidence-based nutrition plans—if that’s something you need alongside your coaching.
Most clients come to us for sustainable habit coaching, education, and accountability which does not require a licensed professional, but when medical expertise is needed, you have access to it legally, ethically, and safely.
